Gansus rare earth burning automatic production line passed the test operation and reached the standard acceptance

The Gansu rare earth lanthanum oxide and cerium automatic roller kiln project started construction on August 1, 2015, and the ignition and temperature was raised on January 5, 2016. It started production on January 20, 2016, and completed all equipment installation on April 12. Commissioning, the technical performance indicators of the equipment have reached the design requirements.

According to the technical agreement and contract requirements of the construction project, the roller kiln project successfully completed all construction tasks. The project investment is used reasonably, and the content covered by the technical agreement is actively negotiated and resolved during the construction process, and the equipment structure and various operating systems are continuously improved and optimized to ensure more reliable operation of the equipment. The key technical information has been transferred. During the construction process, the relevant departments of the workshop have carried out full supervision of the construction process and the use of materials, and the construction materials have been sampled and tested by the relevant departments. After the commissioning of the equipment was completed, the post operators were organized several times for the training of the three major regulations, on-site operation training and fault emergency response training. The overall equipment meets the various technological conditions required by the technical agreement, and has been officially accepted and handed over to the factory.
